HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADINES
In order to make sure your order makes it to your door by Dec 24….
In the USA: orders must be place by midnight Dec 17th
International: orders must be place by midnight Dec 2nd
If you need something by the holidays after Dec 17 please email us.
Payments
Our checkout process is through a secure paypal service. We accept credit card and PayPal payments.
Sales Tax
New York State residents will be charged sales tax. Any overpayment will be refunded.
Paying with a credit card without a Paypal account
You do not need a Paypal account to complete your transaction. Once you are on the paypal screen, on the left you will see in bold text "Don't have a PayPal Account?" This is the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal.
If you still have trouble, please feel free to email us. We can still process credit card payments outside of PayPal if needed
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Portland, ME, USA.
Orders are shipped within one week of purchase through USPS first class mail. International orders are shipped by USPS first class mail. Large orders may be shipped by USPS priority mail.
You will receive an email from us when your order ships with a USPS delivery conformation number, or in the case of international orders, a USPS customs number.
Express mail is available for an additional cost. Please email us.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, occasionally there may be an extended wait time if a product is out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you by email right away.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within a week of purchase by first class mail through USPS. International orders are also shipped through the USPS. Large orders may be shipped flat rate priority mail.
Express mail is available for an additional cost. Please email us if you need an express order.
International Buyers
Please be advised that you are responsible for any customs or related tariffs that may be imposed by your postal service for incoming mail to your country.
